MOBILE BLOOD DRAWS

From Pediatrics to Geriatrics, we allow you to comfortably get your blood drawn in the privacy of your own home or at the convenient location of your office. We aid in reducing the stress of attending scheduled appointments at your doctors office. Schedule a mobile blood draw and experience our services today. Simply have your provider send us an order and we will come to you! Providers may submit orders via website, fax or email.

SPECIALTY KITS

Specialty Kits are completed for specialized testing to be done for research purposes. Labs that we work with are Boston Heart, Veridia Diagnostics, ZRT Laboratory, Genova Diagnostics, MDL Labs, Cologuard, Cyrex, Regional Labs (UNMC).

EKG TESTING

This noninvasive, painless test will provide quick results to the provider. We will go to the patients home or facility in which they reside and perform the test. Reports will be sent to the patients ordering provider within 24 hours after the completion of the test via patients provider preferred method of contact.

HEALTH FAIR

Do you have an upcoming health fair and need to request the services of Phleb Life LLC? We will gladly attend your health fair to provide services for your employees. Submit a request form to schedule an upcoming event. ***Please allow 4 - 6 weeks notice when scheduling for event.***

HEALTH & WELLNESS SCREENING

We provide Health and Wellness Screenings that consists of blood pressure readings, height, weight, temperature, pulse oximetry, pulse, respiration's, waist / neck circumference. If you are in need of screening, book an appointment and services will be conveniently provided for you. If you are a provider / facility requesting services for your patient, please submit an order via provider / practices tab.

OTHER SERVICES

We provide you with other medical services that may be of need to your patient such as injections, ear irrigations, pregnancy, strep, and flu testings, spirometry, etc. If your patient is in need of other medical services, schedule an appointment today.
